Verdict

Chivers and Shimba Hills have both won twice on the Flat on ground with some give. The latter ended up rated 7lb higher than Tim Easterby's gelding, who may also need further, so looks the chief danger to EL BEAU. John Quinn's charge has experience on his side having won a shade cosily at Musselburgh, despite making a few mistakes. He had Mitcd well behind that day and can defy his penalty.
