The end of the card could provide Tim Vaughan with a quick-fire double as GRAND ART holds solid claims. Tom David, who rode Louis Ludwig to success in a similar race a weak ago, takes the mount aboard this gelding who has finished second on his last two starts over timber. In the first of those races he actually passed the post in first before being demoted and this looks the weakest of the three so a mark of 98, some 16lb higher than when disqualified, can be overcome. Osbaldeston could do better now handicapping and needs a market check having shown some promise here before, as has Planetarium, a course and distance winner just 7lb higher than that success. Bewery Man is another with course form to call upon but he was pulled up the day Planetarium won and finished last on his sole start since so arrives under a cloud while the claims of Inner Voice rest on the re-applied blinkers, which he's won in before.
