    Verdict

Lord Torranaga hasn’t raced over timber since 2020 but has won three times on the Flat subsequently. Blakeney Point is not badly treated on previous winning form and is preferred to stablemate Zafar with Brian Hughes back on board but Desaray Girl is upped in class carrying 7lb extra having completed a hat-trick with last week’s success over track and trip. ASHINGTON (NAP) showed signs of a timely return to form when fourth in a higher grade at Kelso last month given he won last year’s renewal off a higher mark - Brian Ellison’s charge should make another bold bid.
