In depth

Verdict

China House is lightly raced for his age and ran his best race so far over timber when second to Peedeeque at Doncaster last month. He has to go on the short-list but Sleep In First's best form is over further and he's had plenty of chances to get off the mark. Tartan Tiger appears to be going backwards so the one to beat here looks to be GRANWOOD. She hadn't shown a great deal before winning over C&D earlier this month but that success clearly wasn't unexpected and the mare could well have more to offer now she's got her head in front. Stormy Morning looks to have little chance of reversing that running while the others look a modest bunch.
