Verdict

Nafaath showed promise at Ayr and Musselburgh earlier this year but never jumped with any fluency when tailed off in a four-runner race at Haydock earlier this month. This looks a lot easier but there is a question mark hanging over Howard Johnson's five-year-old now. MAJESTIC MAYHEM has already won three times in point-to-points and was twice successful over hurdles last summer. He has been campaigned over further recently but will almost certainly improve now tackling fences and is a sporting selection today. Just Posh has failed to make the frame in six previous starts over the larger obstacles and will struggle to improve that record here.
