Last Goodbye has not reproduced his Irish form since joining Sam England but has had a wind operation since last seen here in March. NIGHTFLY wasn’t foot-perfect at Stratford at the end of March but clearly appreciated the better ground. He is is still well treated, despite a 6lb rise, so a follow-up might be on the cards if the rains stay away. Instant Replay likes it here but he never hit the heights last season while Shetland Bus kept finding one too good. Tico Times failed to complete the hat-trick here three weeks ago and may be in the handicapper’s grip now.
