In depth

Verdict

Falcon's Present landed a Southwell bumper last May but has been well beaten in two subsequent starts, including over hurdles last time. Midnight Streaker won a point-to-point in Ireland and showed promise in bumpers. She ran well for a long way on her hurdling debut at Ayr and should do better while Miss Mohawk, who is a low-grade maiden on the Flat, looked much better suited to hurdles when making an encouraging debut behind the long odds-on Cloudante at Catterick. MAISON DE VILLE had also finished behind that winner at Musselburgh in January but showed much improved form when making all at Market Rasen last month and will take all the beating despite her penalty.
