A wide open bumper rounds off the card and as usual in these events the market will be very informative but the principals look to be Pete, Le Vert Galant and Triton and the vote is given to Pete. The selection was a fair second on his debut behind Northern Blaze and given nominal improvement looks the one to be on. Le Vert Galant rates the main danger on his latest third behind The Old Pretender he looks sure to be suited by this stiffer track and he should be watched in the market.Triton showed promise on his only start last season and is another with place claims. Of the remainder Sir Tantallus Hawk is an Overbury gelding out of 1m5f and hurdles winner Mobile Miss and is another that should be noted in the market but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum Pete is our idea of the winner.
