Verdict

Black Kettle has won over fences and has been knocking on the door again this season. Micky Hammond also runs course winner Roxyfet but Mah Mate Bob makes more appeal as he showed plenty of promise on his reappearance and first run over the larger obstacles at Kelso. TWO HOOTS is one of two Joanne Foster runners but has had a recent outing, unlike Frankie Ballou. Brain Hughes takes over the reins on the course and distance winner, who will have needed last month’s run at Southwell and can reverse form in April with Burning Issues.
