In depth

Verdict

JAMACHO is 7lb lower than when third on his chasing bow at Stratford and won off this mark over hurdles at Worcester eight days ago. Charlie Longsdon’s seven-year-old can give the weight away to the four-year-olds Raffles Gitane and Naizagai. Crack Du Ninian probably needs softer ground while Cooper's Cross, who is also making his seasonal reappearance, looks high enough in the weights. Miraculous Getaway has become disappointing.
