Verdict

BALLYDAGUE LADY jumped well and was always travelling like a winner when scoring by 17 lengths at Fontwell last week. As that was a conditionals' race, she doesn't have a penalty and is likely to start a short price here for a stable in great form. The others appear closely matched, though recent course and distance second Prince Blackthorn was pulled up when Cara Court finished third here in March. Roseville Cottage is probably a few pounds too high in the handicap at present.
