Jester Jet won a well-contested Grade 3 at Aintree earlier this month but fourth Wilde Blue Yonder wasn’t beaten far and is 4lb better off. Wait For Me won this last year but runner-up STOWAWAY MAGIC is 7lb better off, taking into account James Bowen’s claim, and arrives off the back of a good run in the Coral Cup, where he led three out until after jumping the last. He looks the pick of Nicky Henderson’s three runners ahead of course and distance winner Soul Emotion, who may face a battle for the lead, and Lough Derg Spirit. Enniscoffey Oscar is a useful staying novice and Stamp Your Feet has also been racing over further lately but has solid form over this sort of trip and is expected to be thereabouts. Fidux is starting to look well treated but Le Breuil has more to do than when giving weight to Ordo Ab Chao and five others at Fakenham and Skipthecuddles is penalised for scoring at Ludlow on Tuesday. Psychedelic Rock and Mystic Sky are worth bearing in mind for a decent handicap this summer when the ground dries out.
