FOX CHAMPION could be the interesting one in this. Though he’s raced mainly over 7f, he did win a Group 2 in Germany over this trip as as three-year-old and he wasn’t beaten far on his one run last year over a mile at York. He’s been dropped a couple of pounds since his last outing. Lyndon B was a long way behind Farasi Lane here in August and the latter goes on the shortlist after his second at Windsor while it could be a master stroke by Sir Michael Stoute to drop Inigo Jones back in distance but Fantasy Believer is 0-16 on Turf and Wonder Elmossman is also best on artificial surfaces. Rebel Territory may be a few pounds too high on his return.
