Alan King, Paul Nicholls and Nicky Henderson all saddle two in this finale and it's the latter who can come out on top. Barry Geraghty rides VASCO DU RONCERAY, fifth in last year's Triumph Hurdle and placed in a couple of Grade 2 contests. He caught the eye on his belated reappearance under a big weight at Aintree and this extra half-mile should suit. He's preferred to Cash And Go, who ran well when tried over this trip at Aintree but is 5lb higher now. McIlhatton may be the pick of the Nicholls pair while L'Unique should run her usual game race without being quite good enough. Dunraven Storm was impressive when beating Phantom Prince at Taunton but this looks tougher. Kaylif Aramis never seems to run a bad race but is still climbing the weights.
