      Verdict

      EMILIO LARGO beat four previous winners when scoring on his handicap debut at Salisbury. His ability to handle today's slower ground has to be taken on trust, but he can follow-up if doing so. Warwick maiden winner Above Standard shaped well enough on his handicap bow at Ascot, but Bajan Bear's recent double came on fast ground and he's 5lb higher today. Isingy Red scored over a longer trip at Chester in similar going and he could figure along with Major Conquest, who finished second on a soft surface at Chester last month.
