Carenot made a winning reappearance in a maiden at Beverley back in April but hasn’t raced since and headgear is applied for her handicap bow. Carpe Diem Lady was runner-up at Newmarket last time and is upped 4lb but PACOLITA can race off the same mark as when only beaten a length in a higher grade at Brighton recently. Sylvester Kirk’s filly may prove good enough today though Wall Of Light is the least exposed and capable of better after a modest fifth here in June. Classical Rose has done all her winning on the all-weather so far.
