Pirouetting has the experience and ability to win this with Muntada and Regal Velvet both worth noting. Pirouetting has run with credit on all of her five starts this season but connections must be getting frustrated at her near misses. This looks a good opportunity for that to change as she has been a touch unlucky in running on a couple of occasions. With conditions to suit she is taken to break her maiden tag this time around. Muntada has improved with each effort and was second behind Distinctive Look at Goodwood last time out. That form looks rock solid and another bold bid is expected. Regal Velvet was thrown in the deep end at Ascot last time out but had previously shown enough to warrant respect. She was third in a big field at Windsor on her penultimate outing and if reproducing that she has to be on the short list. But for the winner we return to Pirouetting.
