Oojooba was fancied to make a winning reappearance at this track but 1m2f in heavy ground proved beyond her and she was well beaten. Better is expected today and she's preferred to dual Polytrack winner Emmuska, who started a big price on her return to action at Newbury and ran accordingly. NO COMPROMISE finished ahead of the latter at Newbury and there's a good chance November's Southwell winner will take to today's surface. Hughie Morrison's filly gets the nod as both Silvas Romana and Cockney Rhyme look pretty exposed off their current marks.
