Mayo Lad was proving consistent prior to a poor run at Epsom and it would be no surprise to see him bounce back here. Educate has been gelded since his last run but it remains to be seen if he can recapture his early-season form while blinkers didn't work a second time for Little Black Book at Kempton and cheekpieces are tried here. FIRST POST has a good record over C&D and, though raised a pound since his latest second over track and trip, is 3lb lower than winning here in August last year. The top weight can come out on top today with Love Tatoo still struggling to get off the mark.
