In depth

Verdict

LARRY, a past winner here, is now only a pound higher than when winning a Grade 3 handicap at Ascot in October. He’s not quite run up to that form since but has been taking on better company than this so can get back to winning ways. Powerstown Park is on a career-high mark after a couple of wins at Hereford but Notachance won a valuable handicap at Warwick last year when 4lb higher and Kempton second Ofalltheginjoints has also fallen to a decent mark. Switch Hitter can’t be ignored being less exposed than his rivals but Wincanton specialist Flagrant Delitiep tries a new trip and Musical Slave is usually worth opposing at this level.
