Verdict

THE BROCK AGAIN has improved for the switch to fences and there appeared no fluke about his defeat of the useful Sonny The One at Taunton. He's a lot less exposed than likely market rival Chestnut Ben, though that one is enjoying something of an Indian summer having won twice in this grade at Musselburgh since the turn of the year. He holds Irish Thistle on his latest victory but veteran Olympian Boy could figure if in the mood. Malanos is harder to fancy, however, having finished last on his chasing bow at Leicester.
