Verdict

By leading NH sire Getaway, NO ORDINARY JOE is a half-brother to last month’s Warwick winner Es Perfecto and can make a winning start to his career. Many of the other newcomers are bred to need much further but the Flemensfirth gelding Flemenstide should know what’s required. Mont Segur carries a penalty for his Ludlow victory at the end of last year but Rex Dingle claims 3lb and Anthony Honeyball’s charge has had wind surgery since. Armand De Brignac and Gallant Commander may prove the pick of the remainder.
