Winner Massagot looked beaten when falling in a Grade 1 at Aintree in April but got the better of a subsequent winner in a maiden hurdle at Kempton before that. He should figure in this grade but SONGSMITH makes more appeal. The latter went close off a similar mark at Southwell in September and an outing on the Flat last month should have kept him ticking over nicely. Red Devil Star will be sharper for a recent spin at Fontwell and Prairie Town drops in class while Cape Caster was placed off today's mark in a handicap at Kempton in March.
