Harringay is a capable performer but Henrietta Knight's gelding does not look to be the most straight-forward of performers and he may again have to settle for minor honours, with preference for Oscar D'angron who gets the vote over Burren Legend. The last mentioned was well held in an admittedly better race than this at Cheltenham last time but still ran a decent race and, with more to come for what was his reappearance, Richard Rowe's gelding has to be respected. Aldiruos is probably a shade high in the weights at present, while Rajam is quickly returned to hurdles having disappointed over fences last time. The vote then goes to the Paul Nicholls-trained Oscar D'angron, who ran creditably when chasing home The Hairy Lemon on testing ground on his British debut at Newbury last month. With improvement anticipated for that outing, Oscar D'angron looks the one to beat.
