      Verdict

      Garsman is running well but is probably in the handicapper’s grip at present. Pop Dancer got up right on the line here last month and has only been raised 2lb. Agent Shiftwell is also a recent course and distance winner but tackles better company today. Pink Sands is better than she showed at Yarmouth but concerns remain about today’s going and Minhaaj has switched stables. Ishvara ran a career-best at Ascot but hasn’t enjoyed fast ground in the past. NEWYORKSTATEOFMIND might be the value in a tough race to call as he looked as though his turn was near at Goodwood eight days ago and can race off the same mark here.
