          Verdict

          Hersov, Supreme Catch and Master Tern are three against the field in a wide open affair and the confident vote goes to Hersov. The eight-year-old was a fair fourth behind Bear On Board last time and with the drop back in trip sure to be in his favour he will be hard to beat. Supreme Catch rates the main danger he won well last time out when defeating Ei Ei but he has never won over a trip this far before and for that reason he is opposed. Master Tern has dropped to a handy mark and is from a yard in form but he has shown very little of late and can not be backed with any confidence. Merchants Friend was a fair third behind Magical Bailiwick last time out and is another that could go well but he has blown his chances of winning of late with mistakes when full pressure has been applied.Desaily won well last time out but he has a record that shows he bursts blood vessels so he is another to treat with a degree of caution. Of the remainder Would You Belive is at the right end of the handicap and he could run well at a big price but for the winner we return to Hersov.
