Songcraft was flying a little high in the Dubai Sheema Classic in March but he'd won four of his five previous starts and finished third in the other. He looks the best of Godolphin's two runners in this and Jet Away's defection has given him a decent chance of opening his account in Britain. Tazahum is eased in grade and should strip fitter for his run in the Earl Of Sefton at Newmarket in April but he has a little to find on that run with AFSARE. Luca Cumani's gelding has since finished second in a Group 1 in Italy and today's forecast quicker ground is very much in his favour. He gets the nod as Hughie Morrison's consistent mare Cill Rialaig is probably better over 1m4f. Farhaan is well regarded but didn't find as much off the bridle as expected on his reappearance at Newmarket and no three-year-old has won this since 2007.
