Verdict

Tales Of Milan bids to follow up last year's victory off a 2lb higher mark but he's been well below his best so far this season. Restless Harry finished ahead of Silver Man when third at Bangor but isn't getting any younger. Just A Par returns to the scene of his triumph in the bet365 Gold Cup in April but he's 8lb higher. Count Guido Deiro could be interesting after a pipe-opener over hurdles but the fitness of Ballyheigue Bay, Summery Justice, Relax and Grandads Horse will have to be taken on trust. Carole's Destrier and mud-lover Leo Luna could figure but MOUNTAINOUS is now on a lower mark than when winning the Welsh National in 2013 and looked to be on the way back here last time. A stamina test on soft going is ideal and Kerry Lee's stayer can pick up the winning thread again.
