Verdict

Sir Mark Prescott is the acknowledged master at placing his horses and has found a quick opportunity for TENBY LADY to complete her hat-trick. She's been raised 9lb by the assessor after her latest success but races here with a 6lb penalty and looks well in. It's rare to find a runner from the Cecil camp at the bottom of a handicap and Sacred Shield looks the one to take advantage if the likely favourite falters. She looked an improved performer when scoring from just 4lb lower at Newbury and should be concerned in the finish. Caraboss didn't have much to do to land her maiden at Newcastle but did it in style and could be anything while Cruiser has produced two strong efforts at Ascot recently and is definitely not out of this.
