Papini has plenty of scope to progress and gets the vote over Hunorisk, Calomeria and Fred Astor. Despite making a slight mistake two out at Newbury on his debut over hurdles for Nicky Henderson, Papini gained a rather cosy all-the-way success. The ex-German Flat horse surprised connections with the manner of his victory, and with more to come, should be capable of defying a penalty. Hunorisk has winning form in France and his trainer only brings his better runners over, while compatriot Fred Astor also hails from a powerful Gallic yard but needs to brush up his jumping. Calomeria was outclassed behind Cerium at Cheltenham but is race fit and also has winning form to his name. Lunar Exit should come on for his Huntingdon debut but has a job on, and we shall stick with Papini to follow up.
