    Verdict

The scene looks set for Gerard Butler's fast improving Sentinel to complete a four-timer as long as he handles the fast ground which he has yet to encountered in his career. Sentinel has improved by leaps and bounds of late and carried forward his good Polytrack form to turf with an authoritative success at Newbury last time. Providing he copes with the firm ground he should take all the beating. Kalambari winner of a soft race at Catterick last time and has to give away weight all round here and will do very well to do so, whilst Persian Lass outclassed in the Oaks a few weeks ago and Playback from the in-form Hannon yard are both worthy of consideration.
