      Verdict

      Lord Protector remains unbeaten after three runs including over the track and trip last month where he made all. He's 6lb higher here but should still hold the advantage over Pleasant Man, who was just over a length behind him at Windsor and is 2lb better off. Bandinelli has only raced on Tapeta and finished last of three at Wolverhampton in March but Chester winner LOVE IS GOLDEN got no sort of in a Class 2 run back there last time and looks the one to be on.
