      Verdict

      It was soft ground when Cemhaan won over 1m6f here last autumn and when Koeman scored at Hamilton last year. Spirit Mixer also won over a longer trip here last term with Grand Scheme back in fourth but is 7lb higher on his reappearance. ALPINE STROLL (NAP) has a recent comeback run under his belt having been gelded since placing over track and trip back in August. He can race off a 10lb lower mark now so gets the vote.
