Verdict

A small field, but it would be dangerous too quickly rule out any of these runners, with the majority having claims if judged upon their best form. However, the horse in the best form at present is the Richard Hughes trained DANDY FLAME . This trail blazer is likely to have competition for the lead with Fethiye Boy , but even if young Finley Marsh allows him to do a fraction too much early doors, this drop in trip to 5f will help to offset that damage. Of the remainder, Trick Of The Light is likely to be produced late in the contest by David Egan, whilst Flowing Clarets could well capitalise should any substantial amounts of rain materialze.
