This looks tricky but MONSIEUR RIEUSSEC won a higher class handicap at Newmarket last time and may just edge it. Upped 2lb, he's open to further progress on only his third start of the season. Kohlaan had to battle all the way to the line at Doncaster to land a hat-trick and will need to dig a bit deeper still off a higher mark today while Fiducia is taking on better rivals on the back of a win at Kempton. Gracious George is another upped in class and Strong Conviction looks to have superior claims on his latest effort at Windsor.
