Verdict

Sydney James and Lone Warrior are the newcomers to note in this and make more appeal than Starlight Serenade and Bright Society. But the latter's stablemate, BONJOUR STEVE, looks the one to beat on his latest effort at Chepstow where he finished well clear of the rest of the field in second. Stan Moore's charge won't need to improve much on that to open his account. He's preferred to Trinity Boy, who has returned a losing favourite in both starts now, while Dark Phantom was well beaten in his introduction at Kempton.
