Verdict

Nobel cost a whopping 825,000gns but hasn’t raced since making a winning debut at Kempton at the end of last year. Firth Of Clyde is another returning to action having notched a string of seconds last season and Melfet is another making a comeback so REGAL RAMBLER looks the one to side with. The latter beat a horse rated 94 when just missing out at Chelmsford last time and any further progress should see him off the mark. Wessall showed a big improvement at Kempton having undergone wind surgery while the newcomer Chantico is worth a second glance.
