Verdict

Never Say When beat only three rivals when making a winning debut at Kempton in June but a couple of those rivals have been well beaten subsequently and MINZAAL is fancied to take advantage of the weight concession. The latter wasn’t beaten far when fourth at Ascot on his debut having failed to get a clear run and Owen Burrows’ colt gets the vote. Fashion is preferred of his yard’s four runners while Gosnay Gold cost 60,000gns at last month’s breeze-ups and makes more appeal than Round Six.
