Lightning Launch won on his reappearance at Musselburgh and was just touched off on his handicap debut at Ripon. He's 3lb higher here but the drop back to 7f is probably in his favour. Surge Ahead will strip fitter for his run at Lingfield but Marshland only won a modest maiden at Southwell last month. FLEETING SMILE was a progressive filly last year and has conditions in her favour on her return to action. She should have the class to defy top weight. Tantshi ended last season in Listed company and is also worth a second look.
