    Verdict

One of only two with previous experience, FIRDAWS only went down by a head to Tales Of Grimm when sent off favourite on her debut at Newbury. The fourth has since been placed in a Listed contest at Deauville so the form looks solid and Roger Varian's filly, who has already been backed at fancy odds for next season's classics, can advertise her claims here despite a less than favourable draw. Varian also run Baheeja but many powerful yards in Lambourn and Newmarket are represented. Jeremy Noseda's pair Biba Diva and Kaylena should be worth a second look and Miss Cap Estel has a nice pedigree. Dulkashe could also make her presence felt, but Afnoon and Safarjal may need more time.
