These are a mainly disappointing bunch though the fact that Johnny Murtagh is on board Dearest Girl is significant as connections will be hoping the daughter of Galileo can lose her maiden tag for the paddocks. She twice ran well over this trip before finding 1m2f too short at the Curragh and looks a threat to all. Melodie D'Amour had shown some promise before beaten out of sight in a better race at Listowel and Tootsie Wootsie hasn't appeared to handle soft conditions in both starts to date. Galakina has shown a little ability but it would be no surprise if this went to a newcomer and RAYKA, a half-sister to the very useful Rayeni and out of a 1m2f winner, fits the bill.
