      Verdict

      Most of these have something to prove off their current marks. Strawman has been raised a further 5lb and is upped in class after scoring by a short-head at Carlisle while Bollin Margaret’s form has tapered off having landed a hat-trick back in June. Briardale failed to cope with a hike in the weights last time having won easily over track and trip before that while Intercessor’s earlier success at Nottingham came in Class 6 company. But SUDONA (NAP) is back on a winning mark and after going close over a longer trip here recently, David O’Meara’s mare is taken to get her head back in front.
