In depth

Verdict

A wide open contest in which many can be given a chance on there best form. Limbo Lad is from a bang in form yard has a good aprentice booked and he showed he was returning to form when fourth last time out behind Lancer and he should go well on ground that will suit. Risky Reward would also have a chance on his best form he was slightly disappointing last time out on rain softened ground but if it remains on the fast side it would be no surprise to see him bounce back to form. Lord Conyers could also go well he was a fair second a couple of runs ago behind Bodfari Pride but that was over seven furlongs with cut in the ground and he may fail to see out this trip. Cool Chron won well at Leicester on soft ground and if it rains he could be one to consider. Evening Press ran as if a drop to this would suit last time out and could be a lively outsider in a trappy affair having been fifth behind Coalition last time out. Crosby Dancer showed he was returning to form when fourth at Beverly last time out and he is worth a cautionary look in the market.
