Plenty of pace on here and the tentative nod goes the way of OSTEOPATHIC REMEDY. Paul Hanagan takes the reins on the Michael Dods-trained gelding and this course regular is interesting on his Newcastle third back in June. His yard are in better nick now and he can pick them up late on. Venutius, Sand Skier, Reel Buddy Star and Exit Smiling are all respected pacesetters, with rain suiting the latter down to the ground, whilst Uphold is on the upgrade but things panned out perfectly for him last time and he may not get such luck today on this undulating track. Watch Amigo, Smarty Socks and City Of The Kings continue to thrive, however the selection may have more to fear from Webbow whose big handicap form reads well and Mr Fallon will give this (perhaps aptly named) Dr Devious gelding his best late on to coax him home in front.
