        Verdict

        Rick Blaine beat the odds-on Daysan at Haydock and Andrew Balding is using a 7lb claimer to take care of the penalty. Supakalanistic showed a good turn of foot at Chepstow considering he has won over 3m over hurdles. Montaqem is a half-brother to two winners but he is by Muhaarar and his dam barely stayed a mile. Tinnahalla keeps finding one too good and lacks scope so this can go to JACINTA DE VEGA, who was an unlucky loser over 1m2f at Salisbury a couple of weeks ago and is sure to appreciate the longer trip.
