Croeso Cymraeg arrived in better form when winning this last year while Knightswood failed to land the odds last time having won over track and trip before that. Zimmerman completed a double over further last autumn but would prefer some cut in the ground while Auld Toon Loon scored over a shorter trip at Lingfield with CAPTAIN KANE not far behind in fourth. That represented a return to form from the latter, who notched seven victories last year and is back on a winning mark.
