In depth

Verdict

Gurkha Friend has not been at his best recently but is not dismissed out of hand given he won last year’s renewal off a higher mark. Trading Point bids for a hat-trick raised a further 6lb while Society Red is upped in class after scoring at Beverley. Keswick may do better now handicapping for the first time but after last week’s success, MUTAMADED (NAP) has now won all three starts at this venue and given he scored a shade cosily on that occasion, Ruth Carr’s charge is fancied to go in again.
