In depth
Verdict
Conkering gets the confident vote here with Angel Voices and Baileys Polka rating the main dangers. The selection was placed in two of his three races when last seen with his best effort coming on his last run which saw him finish third behind Dunelight. That form sets the standard and he need only run up to that mark to score. Angel Voices rates the main danger on his best form but he did not progress as expected last season and although the step up in trip should suit and his yard is in form he still has a little to find. Baileys Polka was a fair fifth behind Monashee Gold last time and is another with place claims but he may just need the run after a 186 day absence. Of the remainder Forroger is another that showed a modicum of ability last season and could improve again but Conkering sets a fair standard and he is taken to score.
