The assessor is likely to take a dim view of SPECIAL MEANING's impressive victory at Leicester last week and she has to be the selection with her penalty. That was her first start on Turf and the going was on the soft side but she should have no problems with this quicker ground. Noble Bull ran well in a better race than this at Sandown but Shearian was beaten over the track and trip after winning a Beverley seller. Tuscan Fun is likely to do much better now tackling a more suitable trip and Order Of Service looked progressive when scoring at Warwick before unseating his rider at the start at Haydock.
