Verdict

WONDROUS WORDS was due to make her handicap debut in a Class 3 race at yesterday’s abandoned Hamilton and looks to have an easier task in this grade. Roger Varian’s filly gets the vote upped in trip having placed in all three previous starts. Ayr runner-up John Jasper and Beverley second Smeaton also step up in distance while Arij is fitted with headgear having placed at Haydock on his handicap bow. My Vision drops back down in trip on the back of a third over 1m4f at Lingfield while Tombolo is doubly engaged with an entry at Newmarket earlier today.
